With over 20 years of financial experience in the Construction & Real Estate Industries, Gary is recognized as one of the leading consultants in his field. His knowledge of operations, finance, and computer systems brings a huge benefit to existing and future clients.
With a degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Connecticut, Gary has worked as a controller for several large construction & real estate companies (Turner Construction, Trizec Properties, Avatar Properties & Weitzer Homebuilders).

Steve offers over 30 years of experience within the residential and commercial real estate development, construction and property management industry as a top-tier leader/administrator, analyst, business controller and operations manager for both large and small businesses. Steve applies his past and current experience as an owner and manager of income properties to provide consulting, operations software implementation and application services aiming to streamline and automate real estate management processes.
Steve holds a BBA Degree from Florida International University having majored in Finance / International Business / Accounting. Steve is also a State Licensed Real Estate Broker (Florida), State Licensed Certified Building Contractor (Florida) and a State Licensed Community Association Manager – (Florida).
